I admit it, you guys. I am one of those people. I have a Pumpkin Spice addiction. I am in Starbucks buying the latte the first day it’s available. I get the donuts. The cookies. The beer. All of it. I. Have. A. Problem.
And now it’s time for me to share my problem with you! This Pumpkin Spice Milkshake is so easy to make, and so delicious, you can enjoy it all year long.
Pumpkin Spice Milkshake Recipe
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tbsp. Half & Half
¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
6 Pumpkin Spice Mini Cake Donuts (I recommend Hostess Pumpkin Spice Donettes)
¼ cup Whipped Topping
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
- Using a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, half & half, pumpkin puree, banana, 4 pumpkin spice mini cake donuts, whipped topping, and cinnamon. Blend for no longer than 15 seconds.
- Add 2 additional pumpkin spice mini cake donuts. Blend for 3 seconds (much longer than this will blend the extra donuts too much, and we want to create chunks). Remove from blender. Pour and serve. Garnish with an extra donut, and insert a straw down the center.
