Well, Christmas is over and the new year is looming. For many of us (myself included), that means setting fitness goals for 2013. It can be hard to make it to the gym this time of year; we just had a blizzard, not all gyms offer childcare, and a gym membership may not be in your budget. We can’t afford to join a gym right now, so I am always looking for ways I can work out at home.
I had an awesome opportunity to try out some unique workout tools recently, and I am sharing those items today on IndyStyle with the lovely Annessa Chumbley. If you missed the segment this morning, you can watch it online. Big thanks to Candace and West 86th Street Hair Designs for making my hair look much cuter than it normally does! Here’s some more information about these great products, including links to find where you can purchase them yourself. Thank you IndyStyle for making me feel so welcome – I had a great time sharing these products and I hope you love them as much as I do.
