I love you, Bob Harper.I did it, you guys. I totally did it.

I completed the #BobHarperLive two week fitness challenge. And I didn’t die! Trust me, no one is more amazed that I am. I feel like I’m on top of the world.

I admit, it wasn’t pretty. I’m sure I looked like a dying cow. I did my workouts late at night or early in the morning so my husband wouldn’t see. Sometimes there were tears, whining, or cursing. But I finished it, without missing a day. And now I am in search of my next fitness goal to conquer. I don’t know what it will be, but I feel so powerful knowing that it is possible. There were a whole category of things I had ruled out in my life because, “Oh, I could never do that!” But I’ve been selling myself short. I said I couldn’t, but that was an excuse. I just had to try.

So yeah, yeah inspirational blah blah…did I lose any weight? I am happy to report I am 4.4 pounds down since the beginning of the challenge. Heck yeah!

(Personal note to Bob Harper: I may or may not have yelled “I hate you Bob Harper!” during a few painful moments during the workout. That was my fat talking. I love you, Bob Harper! You are amazing, and thank you for this opportunity.)
