This is one of my favorite low calorie treats!
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Snap the ends off of one bunch of asparagus. Lay flat on a cookie sheet or baking pan.
Drizzle with olive oil, and add salt and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, and then enjoy the deliciousness.
You can add butternut squash or red potatoes for some more color and variety. Try different seasonings to spice things up a bit!
