Spring In2 Action

Week 2 of the Spring Into Action challenge has been going really well. This week I really focused on counting calories and eating better foods. I’ve also been drinking a glass of water before I eat, and if I am still hungry after I eat, I drink another glass of water. I am feeling great, and resisting temptation has been less difficult than I thought it would be. Having Zelma as a partner for the challenge has really helped me. I don’t want to bring her down, so I’m more motivated to eat well.
Since this is a challenge from the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans, I decided I would post some “before” pictures of me in my skinny jeans – the ones I wore back before I had kids. These pictures are highly embarrassing, but I think that posting them will help me stay on course. I have to redeem myself in a few weeks with some kickin’ “after” pictures.
